Position:  Residential Loan Officer

Location(s):  Springfield, OH

Overview:  This is a key position that requires an experienced mortgage loan professional who is knowledgeable in all aspects of mortgage sales and operations.  Responsibilities include: personal sales production through one’s own established referral network & bank provided leads; originating the application and communicating with applicants guiding them through the loan process and obtaining the appropriate documentation; must be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with both regulatory and company guidelines; must maintain high levels of customer service.  A candidate with prior bank lending experience will be given preference.   We offer a highly competitive salary (base + commission) and a profit sharing compensation package designed to reward performance and preservation of our community bank culture.

Minimum requirements:  Sales experience, high school diploma / advanced degree a plus, Energetic and passionate about customer service, Ability to cross sell bank products, Effective written and verbal communication.

 

Position:   Branch Manager

Location(s):  Hillsboro and Springfield,  OH

Overview:  As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for managing a full-service branch to include its business development activities, personnel, customer service, profitability, and operations. The Branch Manager will:

  • Develop and grow customer relationships through internal and external sales initiatives
  • Participate in community activities to support organizational goals
  • Ensure standard operating procedures, regulations, and policies are followed
  • Supervise the branch staff to include recruitment, selection, training, development, scheduling, and evaluating performance
  • Ensure effective and efficient customer service is provided by the branch staff to include opening all types of accounts, providing customers with information, and resolving banking problems for customers
  • Exhibit strong commitment to attendance and punctuality

Minimum requirements:  Associates Degree, or commensurate experience required.  Minimum of three years banking experience and previous management experience required.

 

Position:   Human Resources Assistant

Location(s):  Hillsboro,  OH

Overview:  The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various duties within the HR Department.  These duties include, but are not limited to, payroll processing, onboarding new employees, compensation and benefit administration, and upkeep of the Bank’s personnel policies and procedures.  Desired traits include, being detail oriented, accuracy, ability to multi-task and effectively communicate.  The HR Assistant will be responsible to participate in community events and must be a team player.

Minimum requirements:  At least 3 years of Banking or Accounting experience.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

 

Position:   Regional Loan Clerk

Location(s):  Mount Orab,  Batavia, Georgetown, and Higginsport, OH

Overview:  The loan clerk position involves a variety of duties relating to the daily operations of the loan department, including support of lending staff, data entry, processing payoffs and related paperwork; and various other tasks as required.

Minimum requirements:  The successful candidate must be proficient in basic software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be attentive to detail and possess good communication, customer service, organizational skills, and willing to travel between branches.
