Position:  Branch Manager

Location(s):  Hillsboro, OH

Overview:  As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for managing a full-service branch to include its business development activities, personnel, customer service, profitability, and operations. The Branch Manager will:

  • Ensure standard operating procedures, regulations, and policies are followed
  • Ensure effective and efficient customer service is provided by the branch staff to include opening all types of accounts, providing customers with information, and resolving banking problems for customers
  • Develop and grow customer relationships through internal and external sales initiatives
  • Participate in community activities to support organizational goals
  • Supervise the branch staff to include recruitment, selection, training, development, scheduling, and evaluating performance
  • Exhibit strong commitment to attendance and punctuality

Minimum requirements:  Associates Degree, or commensurate experience required.  Minimum of three years banking experience and previous management experience required.

 

Position:  New Accounts / Customer Service Representative

Location(s):  Hillsboro, OH

Overview:  Opens new accounts, refers, and cross-sells the company's products and services.  Participates with branch management in maintaining a customer-focused environment and developing new ideas to increase business that will help achieve customer relationship objectives.

  • Opens new accounts for bank products and services and expands existing customer relationships through cross-selling or referring products and services to the appropriate areas.                     
  • Assists customers in person or by phone with Bank products and services to develop new business and to retain or expand existing business.                                            
  • Works with branch management to implement activities to ensure branch profit goals are achieved.                   
  • Assists the branch management team in coaching and training the teller staff to help develop skills and achieve branch sales goals.  Works with branch Tellers on warm hand-off procedures.                   
  • Assists branch personnel with operational duties and on Teller line as needed.

Minimum requirements:  High School Diploma, or equivalent required.  Customer Service and Cash Handling skills required.  Accurate keyboard skills, basic computer skills and basic math skills.

 

Position:  Full-Time Teller

Location(s):  Marysville, OH

Overview:  

  • Provide quality customer service, promote and cross sell a broad variety of bank products and services.
  • Process transactions for checking and savings (individual and commercial) accounts, time deposits, loans, club accounts, and safe deposit boxes. Use
  • Branch Batch Capture to scan all items into the Bank’s mainframe.
  • Provide other assorted services which include, but are not limited to: cashing checks, processing money orders, cashier checks, check orders, counting currency and coin. Open new accounts when required (if applicable).
  • Maintain and balance cash drawer, balance and service automatic teller machine, and assist with night deposits.
  • Manage vault operations to include ordering, balancing, and maintaining cash at appropriate levels.
  • Maintain required records, reports, and reconcilements to ensure efficient customer service operations and audit compliance. 

Minimum requirements:  High School Diploma, or equivalent required.  Customer Service and Cash Handling skills required.  Accurate keyboard skills, basic computer skills and basic math skills.

 

Position:  Part-Time Teller

Overview:
