Position:  IT Operations Technician

Location(s):  Hillsboro, OH

Overview:  This position involves a variety of duties relating to the daily operations of the IT department.  In this role the candidate will assist in processing and monitoring the daily production jobs on the core system, and will insure that these jobs complete successfully.  Assist the Electronic Banking Department in daily activity including electronic banking, item processing, and other operationally related issues.   Contribute in the support of servers, network devices and mainframes at all facilities for hardware or software errors.  Monitor help desk calls and assist in the resolution of problems; escalate problems as appropriate.  Interface with vendors and clients to repair and resolve installation issues.  Assist on various team projects to ensure continual service improvements occur within Operations.  Must be detail oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills.  The ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, work cooperatively and interact with relevant staff and customers, can communicate effectively and be a team player.  Flexible work schedule.  Other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities: 

  • Process and monitor the daily production jobs on the core system
  • Troubleshoot network & system issues
  • Perform software / hardware maintenance
  • Support the Electronic Banking Department and provide back up to the Electronic Banking Department as needed
  • Assist in processing incoming and outgoing wire transfers and maintains accurate and complete documentation
  • Monitor help desk calls and assist in the resolution of problems
  • Interface with vendors and clients to repair and resolve installation issues
  • Document technical procedures and user guides

Minimum requirements:  Associates degree or more than 2 years of related professional experience/or training in operations or IT systems; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Related work experience may substitute for education.  General accounting knowledge - banking system knowledge a plus.  Ability to prioritize and multitask.  Deadline and detail-oriented.  Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.  Ability to communicate effectively and orally and in writing with the public, departmental, and other employees.  Windows server 2008 and 2012, Windows 7, Windows 10, VMware, Microsoft Office Applications and general troubleshooting procedures a plus.

 

Position:  Residential Loan Officer

Location(s):  Springfield, OH

Overview:  This is a key position that requires an experienced mortgage loan professional who is knowledgeable in all aspects of mortgage sales and operations.  Responsibilities include: personal sales production through one’s own established referral network & bank provided leads; originating the application and communicating with applicants guiding them through the loan process and obtaining the appropriate documentation; must be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with both regulatory and company guidelines; must maintain high levels of customer service.  A candidate with prior bank lending experience will be given preference.   We offer a highly competitive salary (base + commission) and a profit sharing compensation package designed to reward performance and preservation of our community bank culture.

Position:   Regional Loan Clerk

Location(s):  Mount Orab,  Batavia, Georgetown, and Higginsport, OH

Overview:  The loan clerk position involves a variety of duties relating to the daily operations of the loan department, including support of lending staff, data entry, processing payoffs and related paperwork; and various other tasks as required.

Minimum requirements:  The successful candidate must be proficient in basic software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be attentive to detail and possess good communication, customer service, organizational skills, and willing to travel between branches.

 

Position:   Loan Servicer

Location(s):  Hillsboro, OH

Overview:  The loan servicer position involves a variety of duties within the daily operations of the loan servicing department including, but not limited to, data entry, accounting, audit, and customer service.

Minimum requirements:  The successful candidate must be proficient in basic software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidate must maintain a high level of integrity and accuracy; have strong communication, organizational and accounting skills.  Prior banking experience preferred.
