Position:  IT Operations

Location(s):  Hillsboro, OH

Overview:  This position involves a variety of duties relating to the daily operations of the IT department.  In this role the candidate will process and monitor the scheduled daily production jobs, and will insure these jobs and requested production jobs complete successfully.  Process wire transfers and cash orders, and assist in creating reports regarding IT Operations.  The successful candidate must be detail oriented and possess good communication and organizational skills. Should have the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, work cooperatively and interact with relevant staff and customers, can communicate effectively and be a team player.  Monitor help desk calls and assist in resolution of problems; escalate problems as appropriate.  Flexible work schedule.  Other duties as assigned by management.          

Minimum requirements:  High school diploma.  A working knowledge of general accounting, Microsoft Windows Software, Microsoft Office Applications, and general troubleshooting procedures.  Banking experience a plus.


Position:  Full-Time Floating Teller

Location(s):  Batavia / Mt.Orab

Overview:  Provide quality customer service, promote and cross sell a broad variety of bank products and services.  Process transactions for checking and savings (individual and commercial) accounts, time deposits, loans, club accounts, and safe deposit boxes.  Use Branch Batch Capture to scan all items into the Bank's mainframe.  Provide other assorted services which include, but are not limited to: cashing checks, processing money orders, cashier checks, check orders, counting currency and coin.  Open new accounts when required (if applicable).  Maintain and balance cash drawer, balance and service automatic teller machine, and assist with night deposits.  Manage vault operations to include ordering, balancing, and maintaining cash at appropriate levels.  Maintain required records, reports, and reconcilements to ensure efficient customer service operations and audit compliance.  In addition, the Floating Teller will be responsible for traveling within the assigned territory to provide necessary coverage to branches in their market.          

Minimum requirements:  High School Diploma, or equivalent. Ability to travel within market. Ability to effectively utilize a computer and other standard office equipment. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Capable of performing basic math problems. Must maintain a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor. Customer Service and Cash Handling skill required.


Position:  Loan Closer / Processor

Location(s):  Hillsboro, OH

Overview:  The Loan Closer/Processor position involves preparing closing documents for residential loans along with a variety of duties relating to the daily operations of the loan department.           

Minimum requirements:  The successful candidate must be proficient in basic software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of integrity and accuracy. Excellent problem solving and customer service skills required.  Associate’s degree in the area of finance or business or related work experience preferred.


Position:  Retail Loan Officer

Location(s):  Marysville, OH

Overview:  Seeking an applicant with a strong sales ability to originate residential and retail loans.  This selected individual will be required to provide exceptional internal and external customer service from initial call to loan closing.  They must also work as a team with underwriters, processors, and loan closers to secure and verify all information required for underwriting and closing.
