MNB 24 Hour TIME LINE

Our 24-Hour Banking Phone Line allows you to have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can check your balance, see if a check has cleared, transfer funds, and make loan payments and more. Call as often as you like; there is no charge for the call. Using any touch-tone telephone, you can get up to date information by calling the location nearest you:

For purposes of TIME LINE transfers, those received after 4:30 p.m. on business days, and all transactions which are requested on weekends or holidays which Merchants National Bank chooses to remain closed, will be processed on the next business day.

Online Check Reorder

Don’t have time to drop off your check reorder form at the bank? Go online to Harland, our check provider, and order your new checks online. For security reasons, you cannot change account information, such as mailing address, at this site. You may also call your local branch or our Customer Care Center.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Safe deposit boxes provide a safe, convenient and economical way to protect your valuables from fire, theft or loss. Boxes are available at most of the Merchants National Bank offices and come in a variety of sizes to suit both individual and business needs.

Wire Transfers

Wire transfer is the fastest method of moving guaranteed funds. It is a safe, effective tool for personal use in case of an emergency or for business customers who routinely make transfers between banks.

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit provides customers with a safe, convenient way to electronically receive recurring deposits such as payroll and government payments, expediting the availability of funds. Many companies provide direct deposit of payroll for their employees. Any government payment (social security, civil service, railroad/military retirement, etc) may be direct deposited.

Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders

Cashier’s checks and money orders are available for times when payment by personal check is unacceptable. Both forms of payment are available for purchase at all locations.

Night Deposit

Night Deposit Service is provided at all offices for individuals and businesses that need a secure depository after normal banking hours. Each branch is equipped with a secure night deposit vault with both an envelope slot and a key accessed drawer for larger deposit bags. Night deposit services may be used by any Merchants National Bank customer.

United States Savings Bonds

U.S. Savings Bonds are a safe, easy way to save money and a solid addition to your investment portfolio. Savings Bonds are no longer available at any of our locations. They must be purchased through the United States Treasury website. http://treasurydirect.gov. 

Overdraft Protection

Courtesy Overdraft is available to eligible checking accounts. Eligibility is based on your account performance, which includes your past deposit history, the age of your account, and how quickly you have repaid any overdrawn items in the past. With MNB Courtesy Overdraft, rather than returning your checks and/or automatic debits unpaid, without obligation on our part, we will strive to pay these items.

Additionally, you may choose to upgrade your Courtesy Overdraft service to MNB Courtesy Overdraft Plus, which includes authorization of ATM withdrawals and everyday debit card purchases that overdraw your account. We believe you will find this new service beneficial and enjoy the comfort of knowing it's available in case of an emergency, or to help you avoid the embarrassment of a declined transaction. With MNB Courtesy Overdraft Plus, rather than declining your ATM and one-time debit card transactions, without obligation on our part, we will strive to pay these items. If you would like access to the MNB Courtesy Overdraft Plus service for ATM withdrawals and one-time debit card purchases, call us at (800) 875-1993.

You will be charged our standard NSF fee of $35.00 for each item created by check, in-person withdrawals, ATM withdrawals or other electronic means paid under the limit. All negative balances must be brought positive within 30 days. Merchants National Bank reserves the right not to pay if account is not kept in good standing.
