Protect your business against fraudulent checks with our check monitoring service, Positive Pay. It carefully examines each check and reports any irregularity found, directly to you. Positive Pay is available within Business Online Banking.

How it Works:

  • As soon as you issue checks, simply provide to us a check-issue file that contains the details of the checks you want to post to your account. This check-issue file may be sent to Merchants via Business Online..
  • Positive Pay matches the check number, dollar amount and account number against an electronic file provided by your business that contains a list of issued checks. As an option, you may provide payee names on the electronic file for our review
  • We compare every check presented for payment against the cumulative electronic file
  • Checks that don't match this list are presented within Business Online for review. You determine if it should be paid or returned

Remote Deposit Capture
